- Analytics data (Google Analytics 4): 14 months from the date of collection. This is the default retention period configured in our GA4 property. After this period, user-level and event-level data is automatically deleted.
- Cookie consent records: 6 months from the date consent was given or updated. After this period, the consent banner will reappear to collect fresh consent preferences.
- Contact form submissions: 12 months from the date of submission. We retain contact form data to respond to inquiries and maintain a record of correspondence. After 12 months, submissions are permanently deleted unless ongoing communication requires retention.
- Server logs: 30 days from the date of creation. Access logs and error logs containing IP addresses and request data are retained for security monitoring and debugging purposes, then automatically purged.
